Who we are

Modeshot is run by Prem Aaswani, a sole trader based in India. In this policy, “we” means Modeshot.

This policy covers this website, modeshot.app. The Modeshot app is in private testing. Before the app opens to the public, this page will be updated to cover it.

02

What we collect

Only what you type into our three forms:

• Join the waitlist: your email, and if you choose, your shop type and country.
• Support: your email, the topic and your message.
• Delete my account: your account email and any note you add.

With each form we also save the date and time and which page it came from.

This website has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Like every website, our hosting provider handles basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and block attacks.

03

Why we use it

• Waitlist: to email you when Modeshot is ready for your products.
• Support: to answer you.
• Deletion requests: to check the account is yours and delete it.

We use it for nothing else. We never sell your details or share them for advertising.

04

Who stores it for us

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores what you send through the forms. Zoho Mail carries the emails we send and receive.

These companies may store data outside your country. They only process it to provide their service to us.

05

How long we keep it

• Waitlist: until you ask to be removed, or until we close the waitlist.
• Support messages: as long as we need to help you and keep a record of what we agreed.
• Deletion requests: as long as we need to complete the request and show that we did.

06

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them or delete them. Write to premaaswani@modeshot.app. We reply within 30 days.

You can leave the waitlist at any time by asking us by email.

This website is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

07

The Modeshot app

The app is not open to the public yet. These are our plans for it, and the full app policy will be published here before launch:

• Your product photos will not be used to train AI.
• Every AI photo carries an AI label. The app does not reshape bodies.
• You will be able to delete your account in the app, or ask here on the Delete my account page.
